Overnight, Paramount Pictures have released a teaser for the new Sonic The Hedgehog film.
Called Sonic The Hedgehog 2, the film looks to be continuing with the post-credits reveal of the first film. You know the one.
You can view the teaser below, which features a cool remix of a classic track from the second game.
Although we don’t have much concrete details just yet – Tika Sumpter, who played Maddie in the original film, confirmed her reprisal and that the film will be filmed in Vancouver and Hawaii.
If you want to speculate on something ridiculous – Jason Momoa has reportedly been offered the role of Knuckles too. Jim Carrey has yet to be officially attached to the project, though we’re sure it will happen.
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 hits theatres April 2022.
