Gameloft has finally announced the release date for one of its most-anticipated additions to Disney Dreamlight Valley – Mike and Sulley from Pixar’s Monsters Inc.
The pair will be arriving to players’ valleys as part of the Laugh Floor Update, which will add a new Monsters Inc. realm, a new Star Path for players to complete, new Premium Shop items, some much-needed improvements to Scrooge’s Shop and still more to be announced.
The new Star Path will naturally be themed around monsters, and will include new decorations and items as well as special styles for Mike and Sulley. Even more exciting, Gameloft will be expanding player customisation options to include “monstrous” skin tones, contact lenses, new ear styles and new face paint options as well as the ability to finally change your name.
Scrooge’s Shop is getting an overhaul which will hopefully make buying items there more enjoyable – Gameloft says that the rotation of new items will be improved again, there’ll also be even more pedestals to purchase from and the daily limit of items purchased from Scrooge’s catalogue will be getting an increase.
There’ll no doubt be more to learn when Gameloft publishes the full update notes ahead of release, so we’ll have more to share soon.
