A Nintendo Direct Is Apparently Happening This Week With Some Big Nintendo Switch Titles

It’s been a long time coming. With the last Nintendo Direct happening in September, it’s being reported by a pretty credible Nintendo insider (Zell) that the next Nintendo Direct will most likely air this coming Thursday (Wednesday, February 13th). 

It’s also being rumoured that Nintendo is working on Metroid Prime Trilogy, Pikmin 3, Super Mario Maker 2 and a new 2D Zelda (as well as the previously announced Animal Crossing/Pokemon RPG). It’s unclear which of these would make it into the next Direct, but no doubt Nintendo would want to start the year with a bang, after a lack of announcements recently (as well as Metroid Prime 4 development beginning again).
