Pokémon Day, celebrated every year on February 27th, has arrived and with it comes a brand-new Pokémon Presents showcase.
Promising around 20 minutes of “exciting Pokémon news” the showcase is set to premiere tonight/early tomorrow morning for Aussies, with folks over in Perth getting the best treatment for once and being able to catch it at a very reasonable 10PM tonight.

The event is taking place at 1:00AM AEDT on Tuesday, February 28th.

Given that the stream will be happening on the same day that the original Pokémon Red and Green games were released in Japan, and classic music as well as a graphics featuring the original 151 Pokémon are all used in the announcement, fans believe that we could see an announcement of the Pokémon Game Boy games coming to the recently-released Nintendo Switch Online Game Boy/GBA apps.
