Dying Light 2 surpassed a pretty impressive sales milestone overnight with developer Techland announcing that the game had sold over 5 million copies in its first month of release.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human sold 5 million copies in the month of release! ?

The game was originally meant to release in December of last year before being bumped into February of this year, so for it to cross that threshold in just a month is pretty great for the team who also confirmed that the first game Dying Light also surpassed a huge 20 million copies sold.
“The success of the Dying Light franchise is a great example of the unforgettable experiences we create for our players,” Techland’s CEO Pawe? Marchewka said in a press release announcing the milestones.
Techland obviously plans to support the game well into the future.
A New Game Plus mode is expected by the end of this month, the second set of challenges to follow March’s first bunch are coming in May, while the game’s first story-based DLC is coming in June.
