The GTA Trilogy Is Now On Steam And Its Playable On Steam Deck

Coming to Epic Games Store soon, too!

After a rough launch in 2021 that also included issues with its Rockstar Games Launcher exclusivity, the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy is finally making its way to other PC storefronts, starting with Steam.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition (which is still a mouthful) is available right now on Steam, and coming to the Epic Games Store at a later date, according to a press release from Rockstar. It also happens to coincide with Rocktar’s own publisher sale currently running on Steam, which sees the trilogy already going for half price at $44.97.

In addition, the GTA Trilogy is playable on Steam Deck and comes with new Steam achievements to collect. You can grab it below:

We gave Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition a 6.5/10 in our review, saying “The initial wow-factor of the visual upgrade is undeniable, but the more you play it, the more cracks appear in that pretty veneer. Some of those are legacy fissures that have not been repaired. Others are eyesore imperfections wrought by a new team of less-than-master craftspeople.”
