PlayStation Australia has revealed that PlayStation VR exclusive Farpoint will release in Australia on May 17th. You’ll be able to get the game individually for $89.95 or bundled with the PS VR Aim Controller for $129.95. You can preorder this from EB Games already.
The most interesting thing about this game is that it uses the brand new PlayStation VR Aim controller which has built-in motion sensors and rumble. It’ll work with the PlayStation Camera to track your movements.
The game will also feature online co-op play at launch. You’ll be able to tackle hordes of enemies side-by-side.
Definitely looks interesting and it looks like it’ll be one of a few actual gaming experiences available on PlayStation VR. Hopefully it lives up to the expectations.
