The DualShock 5 Will Be Compatible With The PS4

It’s not hugely surprising considering the new PlayStation controllers are usually backwards compatible for one generation, but PlayStation France has confirmed on their website that the DualShock 5 will be compatible with all versions of the PlayStation 4.

We still haven’t seen what the DualShock 5 will look like, but we do know that it’ll have adaptive triggers that allow you to feel vibration of the games, a USB C port, and the controller itself will be slightly bigger.

We still don’t know if the touch pad and light bar will be features in the DualShock 5, but it’s unlikely that we’ll see these go, especially if the PS5 will be backwards compatible.
