Digital pre-orders for the full season are set to go live on June 1st, with both a Standard Edition and a Deluxe Edition available. All pre-orders on PlayStation and PC via the Epic Games Store will receive 24-hour early access, and the Deluxe Edition will come with some as-yet unannounced “future DLC.”

Based on the television show by the same name, The Expanse: A Telltale Series is a prequel series that sees players take on the role of Camina Drummer (with actress Cara Gee reprising her role) as she hunts for a mysterious treasure on the edges of The Belt along with her crew of scavengers. Given the prequel status, Telltale says it’s perfect for those new to The Expanse to jump in as well as being a great return to the universe for existing fans.

The series will see players take on tough decisions as they navigate a mix of unique characters with their own personalities and attempt to diffuse tense situations, in true Telltale Games fashion. The studio says the game is set to be their largest, most immersive and explorable to date.
