Square Enix has announced the global release date for Infinity Strash: DRAGON QUEST The Adventure of Dai, an absolute mouthful of a title and the video game spin-off for the DRAGON QUEST The Adventure of Dai anime/manga series.
The game, which will be an action-adventure retelling of the events of the anime, is coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Switch and PC on September 28th, 2023.
The date was revealed alongside a new trailer for the game, which you can see below:

Everything changes when the Dark Lord Hadlar is revived.
With a new crisis facing the world, Dai and his companions set out to defeat Hadlar, and he soon learns about his own inescapable fate…

Also revealed over the weekend is the existence of a brand-new game in the DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS series, which celebrated its 25th anniversary. Aside from the announcement that it’s coming to Nintendo Switch, little else was revealed about the new game.
