Last week, we reported on the insanely clever No Mario’s Sky which took the general premise of No Man’s Sky and turned it into a 2D procedurally-generated platformer. As expected, Nintendo have sent the creators of No Mario’s Sky a copyright claim and the developers are subsequently removed the game.
The clever creators of the game have found away around Nintendo’s claim by renaming the game ‘DMCA’s Sky’. Sure, it doesn’t have the same ring to it, but it’s definitely clever in the sense that it gets them back in the spotlight.
It now features Spaceman Finn, Princess Mango and an incredible about of Moombas.
