Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has announced the RGG Summit 2022 – a presentation intended to show off their newest work, which presumably is the next Yakuza title that we already know is in development at the studio.
The presentation is airing on Japan time which makes it incredibly friendly to us Aussies, you’ll be able to catch it at 8PM AEST / 7.30 ACST / 6PM AWST on September 14th, over on the SEGA Twitch channel (English) or the RGG YouTube channel (Japanese).

SEGA announced a sequel to Yakuza Like a Dragon nearly a year ago, and since then we’ve seen very little aside from some photos of the developers working on the game. It’s easy to assume we’ll see that game at the RGG Summit, but it’ll be interesting to see if anything else is on the horizon as well.
In any case, we’ll be in attendance! We’re off to Tokyo Game Show next week and will be attending the RGG Summit in person, so expect to see plenty of news on whatever shows up from us.
