Your Favourite OG Pokemon Are Getting Supersized In Pokemon Sword & Shield

With under a month to go until Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield is released, Gamefreak are slowly revealing new information to turn this hype level to maximum.

A bunch of Pokemon from the Kanto region have had their Dynamax form revealed. Gigantamax is a new feature in which certain Pokemon are able to dynamax into a giant form and wield a G-Max move that is exclusive to their species will no doubt change the way players use Pokemon in battle.

Gigantamax Pikachu

G-Max Move: Volt Crash

Gigantamax Eevee

G-Max Move: Cuddle

Eevee’s fur drastically increases in volume becoming the ultimate hugging machine. Cuddle deals great damage and infatuates all Pokemon of the opposite gender. Players can obtain this Eevee if they have Let’s Go, Eevee! Saved data on their Switch.

Gigantamax Meowth

G-Max Move: Gold Rush

Meowth now becomes the tallest Pokemon in the Pokedex after he transforms. This long kitty’s move deals high damage and rewards the player with money.

Gigantamax Butterfree

G-Max Move: Beffudle

More elegant than ever, Butterfree will be available in raid battles and it’s special attack Befuddle will cause either Poison, Sleep or Paralysis.

We didn’t realise Charizard could look more epic than it already does, but here we are. With Wildfire, Charizard deals all non-fire type Pokemon high damage for four turns.
