Here’s A Look At Some Of The Improvements In Life Is Strange Remastered Compared To The Original

Square Enix has shared a detailed look at the upcoming Life is Stranger Remastered Collection, with a new trailer and screenshots that highlight some of the massive improvements made to the original Life is Strange and Life is Strange: Before the Storm.

Brand new footage of the opening of the first game shows how it’s been rebuilt in Unreal Engine 4 with a native 4K resolution and a whole new lighting system. We can also see the hugely improved character models with new animations, lip syncing, physics and effects as well as updated assets and materials – especially in the reflectivity and texture work throughout the school environment.

Have a look at the footage below:

We’ve also put together a gallery of comparison screenshots provided by the publisher so you can see just how big of a difference the Remastered Collection is in comparison to the original games.
