Five New NVIDIA GPUs Are Coming To Laptops With The Largest Ever Leap In Performance

DLSS 3.0 and RT Overdrive are coming to laptops very soon!

NVIDIA has announced the arrival of GeForce RTX 40-series powered laptops, utilising the new Ada Lovelace architecture to deliver what it’s calling the “largest-ever generational leap in performance and power efficiency.

To that end, it’s introducing five new laptop GPUs with machines rocking the RTX 4050, 4060, 4070, 4080 and 4090 GPUs all beginning to roll out in February starting with the higher-end models.

NVIDIA’s 5th-gen Max-Q technology will reportedly result in as little as one-third the power usage of its previous laptop GPUs, with an optimised version of NVIDIA DLSS 3.0, low-voltage GDDR6 memory and more dynamic power and memory control resulting in improved battery life and lower fan noise.

The new 40-series laptop GPUs will also still feature the same modern technologies as their desktop counterparts, such as RT Overdrive in games like Cyberpunk 2077.
