As was leaked earlier in the week, by ATLUS’ own hand, two new Persona games were announced during today’s huge Xbox Games Showcase – a remake of Persona 3 and a brand-new SRPG spin-off for Persona 5.

First is Persona 3 Reload, a “reimagining” of the original Persona 3 that features a revamped battle system, improved graphics and gameplay, quality-of-life enhancements, new audio featuring an all-new English voice-over, a remastered soundtrack with new arrangements and more. Persona 3 Reload is due to launch in Early 2024 and will be coming to Game Pass for Xbox and PC on day one.

Meanwhile, Persona 5 Tactica is a brand-new title that sees the Phantom Thieves from Persona 5 band together once again for an all-new adventure in a mysterious and bizarre realm locked in battle between tyrants and revolutionaries. Instead of the usual Persona format, this one’s a tactical RPG featuring chibi-fied versions of Persona 5’s cast of characters.

It’s coming soon, too, releasing on November 17th and launching day one on Game Pass for Xbox and PC.
