The newly announced PS4 Pro and Red Dead Redemption 2 bundle has provided some interesting information, including that RDR2 will require a substantial amount of install space. It also revealed a new revision to the PS4 Pro console, CUH-7215, ushering in the hopefully quieter 72 series of consoles.
The console was revised just last year with the 71 series, which included the recent 500 Million edition console and the limited edition Spider-Man PS4 Pro, slightly improved the power efficiency and reduced the noise made by the console over the original 70 series. This latest revision is predicted to improve these attributes further.
These obviously aren’t major changes, but for those trying to eliminate as much noise from their setup as possible, it may be exciting news.
