The PlayStation Plus Collection Is Losing Its First Game

The PlayStation Plus Collection launched with the PS5, offering PS5 PlayStation Plus subscribers the chance to download a number of popular PS4 games as apart of their subscription.

So far to date, no games have been added and no games had been removed until now. PlayStation has today confirmed that Persona 5 will be leaving the PlayStation Plus collection on May 11th. Those that have added it to their library before this date, will continue to have access as long as they retain an active PlayStation Plus subscription.

PlayStation confirmed that the PlayStation Plus Collection would continue to exist even once the new PlayStation Plus tiers come into place, although we’d expect most if not all of the games apart of it to be apart of the two new tiers.
