PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Has Been Rated For Xbox One In Australia With A New Name

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has just been rated for Xbox One in Australia with a brand new name. It’s a little bit unexpected but the game is now tilted ‘PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds: The Ultimate Life & Death Fight’.

I’m honestly not sure why they’ve given the game such a long subtitle. It was already a tongue twister to begin with and most people know what PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is with the game being the biggest success story of 2017 (and potentially the last few years).

The rating doesn’t reveal a whole lot apart from the fact that it’s only been rated for Xbox One. The rating also suggests that maybe it is coming later this year (or potentially even next year). We’ve played the game at several Xbox events now and it seems to be running quite well.

It’ll be interesting to see how long it is before the game is announced for PlayStation 4. If it’s coming to Xbox One this year, a good guess might be the middle of next year or potentially even later in the year.

Thanks, VG247.
