It looks like Pokémon fans might be in for some new reveals and announcements very soon with dataminers uncovering a potential Pokémon Presents presentation pencilled in for August.
The details come via information found in the code of a mobile game, Pokémon Masters EX, which points to an in-game campaign on the way that relates to a Pokémon Presents showcase. The files state that the campaign is set to launch on August 8th, which has dataminer CentroLeaks convinced that this is the date we’ll be seeing a new Pokémon Presents. It’s not at all unusual for one of these presentations to be tied to an in-game event of some kind, making this a pretty compelling theory.

The February 2023 Pokémon Presents gave fans some exciting announcements, such as the reveal of two brand-new expansions for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet coming this year as well as release info for Pokémon Sleep (which has since launched) and the announcement of the new Netflix stop-motion animated series, Pokémon Concierge.
With no new mainline game announced yet, and Detective Pikachu Returns slated to launch on Nintendo Switch in October, plus plenty more still yet to be revealed about the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet expansions, there’s quite a bit that could come from a new Pokémon Presents, so fingers crossed this one comes to fruition and we see it kick off next week.
